Partnering directly with HR and managers to advise on pay strategies. •Regulatory Compliance, EEO & Pay Equity: Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, including Federal and State EEO regulations, while performing ongoing internal pay equity reviews. •Incentive Plan Administration: Help design, model, and audit short- and long-term incentive plans, partner with finance and payroll to validate cycle payouts, and manage plan rollouts. •Data Analytics & Reporting: Build dynamic compensation models, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to drive informed decision-making and help leadership visualize compensation metrics and talent costs.
