You will report to the Senior Compensation Director. •Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisions, market practices, and business needs. •Analyze market and economic trends and recommend updates to compensation programs. •Use AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting, processes, and workforce insights. •Evaluate new and revised roles and recommend salary grades within the company's job structure. •Help plan and administer base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs. •Monitor federal, state, and local compensation requirements, including wage and hour and equal pay regulations. •Develop compensation training and communication materials for HR teams and people managers.
