Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support design, implementation, and ongoing administration of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and international market practices. •Evaluate, analyze, and interpret compensation data, HR metrics, and workforce trends to support strategic business decisions. •Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports for HR leadership and management. •Maintain data integrity within company HRIS system for the global employee population, which is pivotal to ensuring accurate compensation administration. •Market Analysis & Pay Structure Evaluation •Analyze market data and compensation trends specific to the international energy and drilling industry. •Participate in industry compensation surveys and evaluate resulting data to determine the Company’s competitive position globally and for individual job classifications. •Recommend new hire salary placements, promotional increases, market adjustments, and job grade assignments based on internal equity and external competitiveness. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field of study.
