Required Skills: •Reporting to the Director, Community Affairs & Partnerships, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and will independently assess local risks and opportunities, translate community developments into clear business recommendations, and help ensure the company makes informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle. •In This Role You Will •Own and lead cross-functional community engagement strategies across assigned markets, partnering with Government Affairs, Communications, People, Legal, Development, Operations, and other teams to align engagement with business objectives, permitting milestones, construction schedules, and operational priorities. •Lead Community Affairs input into site selection and project due diligence, assessing community sentiment, political dynamics, stakeholder priorities, local opposition, and reputational risk in prospective and active markets. •Build and maintain trusted relationships with elected officials, community leaders, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, unions, business groups, and other local stakeholders; represent CoreWeave in community, political, and public forums. •Develop and execute market-specific engagement plans that identify key stakeholders, anticipate emerging issues, establish engagement milestones, and recommend practical courses of action and escalation paths. •Lead the development and negotiation of community benefit agreements and coordinate with the Incentives, Legal, and Development teams on PILOTs, RDAs, and similar development agreements. •Identify, recommend, and oversee local partnerships and community investments aligned with business and community priorities, including initiatives with CoreWeave Cares and Employee Action Networks. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Political Science, Urban Planning, or a related field. •Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, multi-market stakeholder strategies and translating local developments into clear business recommendations. •Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with senior government officials, community organizations, business groups, labor representatives, and other local stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 50% and manage priorities across multiple markets. •Wondering if you're a good fit? •We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams, even if you are not a 100% skill or experience match.
