Lead capital improvement and tenant improvement projects that align with customer needs and investment objectives. •Manage Risk & Ensure Compliance •: Proactively identify and address risks while ensuring compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and applicable regulations. Conduct property inspections, manage documentation requirements, and resolve tenant-related issues professionally and effectively. •: Manage operating budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and capital expenditures to maximize portfolio performance. Balance income growth and expense management to support NOI goals and long-term business objectives. •Support Department-Wide Success •: Collaborate with colleagues across the commercial team to improve processes, support portfolio goals, and enhance the overall customer and employee experience. Contribute to department initiatives, tenant engagement activities, and a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Qualifications: •15 + years of experience in commercial property management. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred. •In-depth knowledge of lease administration, commercial property operations, and risk management practices. •Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze property performance and make data-driven business decisions. •Knowledge of property improvement, capital planning, and tenant improvement projects. •Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. •A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. •The total compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $200,000 annually (inclusive of base salary + bonus).
