Required Skills: •The Impact You Will Have •Directly enable GC AI's revenue growth by keeping deals moving with speed and sound judgment. •Strengthen commercial legal processes by contributing to playbooks, templates, and self-serve resources that scale with the business. •Build trust with sales and customer success teams as a reliable, business-minded legal partner. •Help shape how GC AI uses its own product in day-to-day commercial legal work. •Manage a high volume of customer-side negotiations, including reviewing and redlining customer paper and bespoke terms. •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs). •Support sales teams through deal cycles, understanding their timelines and quarter-end pressures. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with AI, machine learning, or legal technology sectors. •Privacy certification (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) or substantive privacy experience. •You are already a GC AI user. •Team members in the San Francisco Bay Area and Provo, UT (within 50 miles of the office) work together on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. As we grow, we plan to establish permanent offices in more hub cities, and we will look to our team members to help build that in-person culture. We currently hire across the United States and Canada.
