Required Skills: •Build and maintain front and back-end components connected to a blended technology stack and focus on interconnecting these ServiceNow functions into legacy systems •Diagnose and troubleshoot ServiceNow production application issues. •Interface directly with Product Owners and Scrum Teams in requirements decomposition, backlog refinement, and breakdown of user stories and tasks. •Act as an intake subject matter expert to the workgroups for their migration to the cloud •Fully build out a best practices knowledge base for in which all workgroups can benefit •Attend and actively respond to workgroup questions on weekly feedback and center of excellence calls •Partner cross-functionally with cloud architects, engineers, and system owners to ensure technical deliverables meet program requirements and timelines. •Manage competing priorities, handle research and response for all product line operations related data calls and provide ongoing progress reports.
