Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology (IT), or a related field required Or H.S. Diploma and equivalent experience in lieu of degree required •Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS/Azure environments. •Applied hands-on capability in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform. •Operational familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash. •Knowledge and experience in cloud native monitoring tools and/or Datadog. •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. •Capable of working independently as a self-starter who performs initiatives that provide solutions for business requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to perform effective troubleshooting in the Cloud environment. •Demonstrated capacity to respond to complex technical challenges by coordinating resources to devise effective solutions, and to escalate on-going technical issues if needed.
