Hiring: Senior CLO Operations Analyst Company: Connect Search, LLC Location: Chicago, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:41:14 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office About the job Required Skills: •Manage multiple structured facilities with a thorough understanding of indentures and related documentation •Build and manage cash flow and compliance models for CLOs and other structured facilities used for monitoring current and pro-forma compliance, pre/post-trade compliance, monthly reporting reconciliation, and portfolio optimization •Prepare daily cash forecasts for borrowing base facilities by monitoring cash activity and preparing debt notices •Interface directly with rating agencies, auditors, third-party vendors, and trustees on all aspects of broadly syndicated and middle-market CLOs and structured facilities •Partner with Operations, Risk, and IT to establish compliance monitoring tools and reporting on credit facility covenants •Support coordination of routine cash and debt forecasts and supporting requirements for the firm's Liquidity Committee •Collaborate on establishment of Treasury policies across all firm entities including communication, enforcement, and ongoing updates Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant discipline •Significant experience in Treasury, Finance, Securitization, or Structured Products; financial services experience strongly preferred •Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in Microsoft Office •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment •Strong desire to learn; self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, and resourceful Compensation: •$100,000 - $110,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package •Competitive base salary plus performance bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
