Required Skills: •Lead and oversee day-to-day operations and administrative support of Savvy wealth managers, providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships. •Own best-in-class execution of all client tasks, requests and inquiries in a timely manner. •Proactively seek out opportunities to improve Savvy's internal procedures in pursuit of the best advisor and client experience. •Streamline new client prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes including meeting preparation, obtaining account and investment strategy documentation, and driving account creation and transfers. •Assist advisors by executing investment transactions and fulfilling account billing & performance reporting tasks. •Work closely with other professional advisors such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, business managers, insurance agents, and more. •Create and maintain client data in Salesforce and other systems. •Ensure Savvy is adhering to all required compliance policies and procedures.
