With our unmatched work ethic, and an ability to go above and beyond to make a difference for our clients, the Northeast continues to experience double-digit (organic!) growth. •We offer a flexible & hybrid work environment that allows our Associates to split their time between in-person and remote. •The Senior Claims Consultant serves as a senior client advocate and technical resource for complex property and casualty claims, with emphasis on general liability, auto liability, workers compensation, excess liability, and other high-severity or coverage-sensitive matters. •Claims Management and Complex Claim Advocacy across WC, AL, and GL claims •Serve as lead claims advocate for significant, complex, or coverage-sensitive claims. •Develop and execute claim strategies addressing liability, coverage, litigation, defense, and resolution. •Participate in large-loss reviews, mediations, settlement discussions, and other strategic claim activities. •Coordinate communication among clients, insurers, TPAs, counsel, producers, client executives, and internal specialists. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. •Broker claims advocacy or consulting •Insurance carrier or TPA claims organizations •Insurance defense, coverage, or related legal practice •Demonstrated expertise in complex general liability, auto liability, workers compensation, and other high-severity or litigated claims. •Strong knowledge of commercial liability insurance coverage, including exclusions, conditions, endorsements, additional insured status, contractual risk transfer, reservation-of-rights positions, and other insurance issues. •Demonstrated capacity to provide both pre-loss risk management guidance and post-loss claim consulting. •Strong consultative judgment, negotiation skills, written communication, and presentation capabilities. •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for this position, now or in the future.
