Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field. •Proven expertise in engineering change control, materials launch, and BOM management. •Strong data and analytics mindset with the ability to translate insights into business action. •Passion for digital solutions, with a strong desire to grow as an internal expert in AI, automation and analytics to optimize business processes. •Advanced Excel, dashboarding, or visualization skills. •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills. •Automotive supply chain background, JIT experience, or multi-plant coordination.
