Hiring: Senior Capture Manager Company: ReLogic Research Location: Huntsville, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:20:03 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : R About the job Required Skills: •The successful candidate will drive new business, manage awarded vehicles, shape capture strategies, and cultivate teaming relationships across the defense industrial base. •Business Development & Capture •Lead business development efforts across major DoD and federal services contract vehicles, including AMCOM EXPRESS, EWAC, SeaPort NxG, OASIS+, and similar IDIQ/MAC vehicles •Identify and qualify opportunities, track pipelines, and support bid/no-bid decisions •Research incumbents, customer missions, buying behaviors, and competitive landscapes •Develop differentiated, winning strategies in coordination with technical, pricing, and executive leadership •Support capture planning, solution shaping, and proposal development as needed •Evaluate opportunities and maintain relevant pipeline Qualifications: •Proven experience supporting Government Services Contract Vehicles (e.g., AMCOM EXPRESS, EWAC, SeaPort NxG, OASIS+, or similar) •Demonstrated success in new business development and capture within the federal GovCon space •In-depth knowledge of IDIQ/MAC vehicle structures, task order competitions, and compliance requirements •Established industry network with primes, small businesses, and government customers •Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills •Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally with technical, contracts, and executive teams •Prior experience supporting DoW R&D and engineering services customers •Operational familiarity with Huntsville-area defense organizations and acquisition offices •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus) •Opportunity to shape growth strategy at a fast-growing defense technology company Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
