An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. •Applied hands-on capability in modern ERP systems, including implementation, configuration, and end-user support. •Proven knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or business operations within an ERP environment (MRP, MPS, Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Management, BOM’s, Item Masters, etc.) •Solid functional working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries in Oracle or SQL Server. •Demonstrated experience with general programming or scripting for automation or system customization. •Operational familiarity with Agile or iterative software development methodologies. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Practical experience applying Agile methodologies to software development, system enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration. •Operational familiarity with data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), or data pipeline concepts.
