Required Skills: •Own BAU (business-as-usual) enhancement requests for the Investor Relations Operations team: requirements gathering, system impact assessment, change management analysis, solution design collaboration with the lead developer, validation, and post-deployment support. •Build strong relationships with IR Operations stakeholders to facilitate application support and drive the design and implementation of new features and system improvements. •Identify opportunities for system optimization and technical debt reduction, and drive resolutions with the development team. •Identify and champion self-service enhancement opportunities for business stakeholders (case deflection), such as introducing tools that enable business users to perform routine tasks like merging records independently. •Assist the Apps Support team in triaging and resolving Salesforce production issues using debug logs, query editors, and root cause analysis techniques. •Drive user acceptance testing, training, and documentation efforts to enhance adoption and maximize business value from Salesforce solutions. •Own and continuously refine documentation processes to improve efficiency and maintain clear, actionable records for technology requests and change management. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to design and deliver reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Salesforce Reports and enterprise reporting tools. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. •5+ years of experience in business systems, Salesforce development/administration, or software implementation, preferably within financial services or alternative investments. •Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills, with the ability to present product features, requirements, and technology solutions to business teams. •Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. •Background in financial services, buy-side, private equity, or alternative investments is strongly preferred. •Prior consulting experience is a plus.
