Required Skills: •Investigate user behavior, customer journey, and conversion funnels across product touchpoints to identify trends, anomalies, and drop-off patterns. •Partner with product managers to define and track performance KPIs, evaluate feature adoption, and support data-informed product decisions. •Deliver clear, actionable insights that guide product optimization, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements. •Partner cross-functionally with marketing operations and product teams to connect funnel insights across the full customer journey. •Design and build custom dashboards in Tableau (or similar) to support ongoing performance monitoring and exploratory analysis. •Write and refine SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets—especially across digital engagement, conversion events, and behavioral data. •Perform exploratory analysis to uncover unexpected patterns, detect data integrity issues, and recommend solutions or next steps. •Support A/B testing analysis, attribution modeling, and ongoing campaign evaluation as needed.
