Required Skills: •Ensure business requirements and solutions are designed with flexibility, scalability, and future-state adaptability in mind. •Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and participate in solution design, and testing for complex initiatives working closely with cross functional and the vendor teams. •Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery. •Perform data analysis to trace and validate annuity data across upstream, administration, and downstream systems, identifying root causes of issues and gaps. •Translate business questions into data‑driven insights, connecting system behavior back to annuity processes and outcomes. •Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements. •Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions to drive alignment, gather requirements, and support informed decision-making. •Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, translating them into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
