Required Skills: •Join S&C to make an impact on tomorrow’s energy challenges and become an employee-owner! •8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) Remote with On Site Requirements •Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) and system owner for ADP payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ADP Enterprise V6, ADP Celergo) and ADP Workforce Manager. •Support payroll operations and time tracking across multiple manufacturing sites in North America. •Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and ADP to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure system integrity. •Support time and attendance compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. •Support payroll compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. •Support payroll audits and reporting using ADP reporting tools.
