This role will focus on centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, and automating recurring reporting and analytics. •Business Intelligence Centralization: Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth. •Monthly Business Review: Own and continuously improve the MBR reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders. •Reporting Automation: Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness. •Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. •Data Quality & Governance: Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions. •Continuous Improvement: Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data-informed decisions. Qualifications: •Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success •Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations •High ownership with a strong bias for action •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors •Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail •Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment •Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making •Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with BI/reporting tools and data analysis, proficiency with Excel and SQL, and the ability to translate complex data into concise business insights for both operational and executive audiences. •Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
