Required Skills: •Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs to ensure technology solutions align with overall business and mission requirements. •Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs, business systems, and applicable industry requirements. •Analyze complex business and technical challenges and recommend procedures or system modifications that address operational requirements and technology constraints. •Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and user requirements, including detailed system requirement specifications. •Develop detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, workflows, and requirements necessary to develop or modify applications. •Evaluate the business implications of technology solutions within current and future operating environments. •Coordinate with Air Force-led agencies to enhance and implement common systems used to capture, access, and display critical logistics information from source transactional systems. •Facilitate requirements enhancement, operations, and sustainment activities for prototype applications, models, and databases.
