Required Skills: •Lead the requirements gathering process for complex E&S insurance initiatives—facilitating workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders. •Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. •Partner with IT architects and developers to design and deliver end-to-end solutions •Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements, underwriting guidelines, and operational best practices in the E&S market. •Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements that leverage technology for maximum impact. •Serve as a subject matter expert on E&S insurance products, rating, policy issuance, and claims workflows. •Support testing efforts by developing test cases, validating results, and ensuring solutions meet business expectations. •—helping migrate core systems from legacy platforms to modern, cloud-based architectures.
