The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translating complex business challenges into Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions. •The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and the ability to work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver innovative AI-driven capabilities. •Key Responsibilities •Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for Agentic AI and Generative AI adoption. •Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements. •Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and business workflows. •Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities using AI agents. •Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. •Support the development of AI-powered assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflow solutions. •Define process flows, decision trees, and agent interaction models. •Participate in product backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and production rollout activities. •Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. •Assist in AI governance, compliance, model explainability, and risk management discussions.
