Required Skills: •Partner with Director and VP of Benefits on the development, implementation and management of all benefits and retirement programs. •Oversight of project management for benefit initiatives •Assume leadership role on H&W annual enrollment coordination internally and with vendors •Contribute to company’s defined contribution, defined benefit and deferred compensation administration and compliance. •Develop, streamline, and document procedures for ongoing administrative tasks. •Assist with retirement plan audits by pulling data and responding to auditors as needed •Monitor 401(k), pension and Deferred Compensation funding. •Provide Tier 3 support to resolve issues related to H&W and funding process ensuring funds are timely and accurately posted into participant’s account.
