Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience •5–8+ years of experience administering and managing U.S. Health and Welfare benefit programs within a corporate environment •Strong knowledge of U.S. Health and Welfare benefit plans, ERISA, IRS regulations, Form 5500 requirements, compliance, vendor management, benefits governance, and employee benefits administration; experience in a multinational organization preferred •Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legislation, manage cross-functional projects, analyze benefit programs, oversee vendor relationships, and develop compliant operational processes that support business objectives •Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex benefit topics and effectively collaborate across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external partners in a fast-paced environment •Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
