Required Skills: •Lead Financial Analysis and Oversight Behind Oracle's Global Benefits Programs •The position will translate complex healthcare, actuarial, vendor, and financial data into practical insights that support cost planning, program decisions, and longer-term benefits planning for US and support financial information collation and review for International benefits. •The successful candidate will have experience in benefits finance, healthcare finance, actuarial or benefits consulting and should be comfortable working across multiple teams, reviewing complex financial information, and communicating findings clearly and succinctly to key stakeholders. •Financial Management and Reporting •Monitor benefits program financial performance against forecasts and financial plans. •Analyze monthly and quarterly results and identify the primary drivers of variances. •Prepare clear financial analyses, summaries, and presentations for Benefits, Finance and other stakeholders. •Serve as the primary liaison between the Benefits organization and Corporate Finance teams, including FP&A, Accounting, Controllers, Treasury, and Procurement. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of U.S. employee benefits regulations and reporting requirements, including ERISA and Form 5500. •A relevant advanced degree or professional qualification, actuarial credentials or equivalent experience may be beneficial but is not required. •Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements. •Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only •US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 - $234,600 per year.
