Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated •Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks for Access Control features including Digital Key, NFC, BLE, OTA, Diagnostics, and Passive Entry. •Define automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices to improve validation scalability and efficiency. •Develop robust automated regression test suites using Python, CAPL, and CANoe. •Own and maintain automation infrastructure, HIL setups, test benches, vehicle test environments, and connected test systems. •Create automated test reporting solutions, dashboards, validation metrics, and release readiness reports. •Drive test planning activities including automation requirements, validation strategies, test plans, test procedures, and test reports. •Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations across automation frameworks, test environments, and vehicle systems. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related technical field is required. Master's degree or higher education is preferred. •Expert-level programming skills in Python and strong experience with CAPL development. •Extensive experience with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, and automotive test automation environments. •In-depth knowledge of automotive validation methodologies, test planning, and release processes. •Strong knowledge of CAN / CAN-FD, UDS (ISO 14229), NFC, BLE, Automotive Ethernet •Proven experience in debugging complex vehicle, mobile, and embedded system interactions.
