We will not be considering candidates coming from acquisitions & originations roles. •This position is to be based in Uniondale, New York •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, with a strong focus on multifamily. •Proven hands-on workout and restructuring experience, including loan modifications, extensions, and enforcement scenarios. •Background within private credit, debt funds, banks, or insurance platforms, managing complex loan structures. •Strong financial and analytical skills, including cash flow modeling, covenant analysis, and downside underwriting. •Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting complex situations to senior leadership and investment committees.
