Qualifications: •Hand-on experience with one or more separation science techniques for protein characterization, including UPLC/HPLC, LC/MS, cIEF. •Proficiency with data processing software such as Empower, Chromeleon, MassLynx, or OpenLab. •Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects across varied analytical testing platforms. •Strong background in LC-MS/MS techniques for protein post-translational modification (PTM) identification and quantitation, glycan analysis and metabolites analysis (amino acids and vitamins), with proficient instrumental operation and troubleshooting skills on Waters or Thermo instrumentation. •Prior experience executing assays in a GLP/GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting. •Operational familiarity with iLab Solutions for laboratory data and resource management.
