Required Skills: •The Payment Experiences team manages products and services that make payments easy and convenient for Chase customers. We are at the forefront of payments modernization—building scalable, resilient, and innovative capabilities that power the future of banking. •Partner with product leaders and a NY-based engineering squad to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for a shared payments servicing capability used by multiple teams. •Drive discovery and refinement using AI-assisted workflows (e.g., synthesizing inputs, accelerating requirements exploration, drafting PRDs/user stories, and improving documentation quality and traceability). •Define, prioritize, and clarify epics, features, and user stories; ensure acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (resiliency, observability, performance) are clear and testable. •Maintain a healthy backlog and provide transparent, executive-ready updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed. •Partner cross-functionally with Agility Leads to run effective Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. •Partner with developers, operations, and production management to triage and resolve issues/defects that impact end-to-end payment experiences. •Manage cross-team dependencies and support onboarding/adoption of shared APIs/services while minimizing disruption to existing product roadmaps. Qualifications: •Coordinate release readiness activities, including pre-release reviews, regression/UAT support, release certification, and post-release production validation.
