Hiring: Senior Associate, Okta Identity Governance Engineer Company: KPMG US Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-09 23:13:17 Target Skills & Keywords : AWS, Azure, Azure AD, Compliance, GCP, HTML, IAM, Make, Okta, TestNG About the job Required Skills: •Support Okta Identity Governance implementations including application onboarding, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization •Configure and maintain Okta Identity Governance solutions including identity lifecycle management, access requests, access reviews, entitlements, policies, workflows, and integrations •Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities •Partner cross-functionally with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and support project delivery •Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and Okta leading practices •Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: •Minimum three years of recent, hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience including one year with Okta Identity Governance or related identity security platforms •Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, information systems from an accredited college/university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus five years of Okta or related identity security experience •Experience supporting Okta Identity Governance implementations including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access reviews, entitlements, workflows, policies, and IAM integrations •Understanding of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance requirements, and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP •Demonstrated capacity to contribute to technical workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders, and support identity governance initiatives •Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to participate in technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions •Demonstrated capacity to travel as required •Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa) •Follow this link to obtain salary ranges by city outside of CA: •KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
