Hiring: Senior Associate / Manager - Strategic Finance Company: QTS Data Centers Location: Duluth, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:56:39 Target Skills & Keywords : Capital Markets, Financial Planning, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Maintain the company’s long-term financial model incorporating input from finance and accounting, sales, development and operations •Consolidate varied reports, leveraging existing QTS software platforms to transform data and insights into action plans for data center leadership that will drive business objectives •Develop key performance metrics and assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting materials and presentations for senior leadership team and Blackstone management •Contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives including M&A and global expansion •Support QTS’ ongoing capital markets activities including debt and equity capital raises •What You Need To Be Successful •Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics or equivalent professional experience •Six or more years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or sell-side equity research program or similar role in financial planning and analysis or corporate development within a public company Qualifications: •This role will provide you an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the data center and real estate industries and the tools to develop into a future leader at QTS. •Real estate or data center industry experience desirable •Progress toward Chartered Financial Analyst qualification •Advanced writing and communication abilities •Demonstrated capacity to present strategies, ideas and analysis to executives. •Demonstrated capacity to lead analysis and initiatives with little direction or input. •Develop partnerships across the organization to enhance insights into facility and product-level performance. •Strong work ethic, self-motivated, resourceful and capable of effective independent judgement •Demonstrated capacity to organize, interpret, and draw appropriate conclusions from large volumes of data and to creatively present the information in a format that enables non-financial managers to easily understand the information.
