Our expertise spans private equity and credit investments across real estate and infrastructure, offering a range of funds across the risk-return spectrum as well as customized client solutions. •The Institutional Client Group (ICG) •ICG is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Asia Pacific Institutional Sales Team (APAC). This role works alongside senior team members, contributes to key fundraising initiatives, and offers direct exposure to some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated institutional investors. •As a visible member of a collaborative, high‑performing team, the successful candidate will take ownership of select direct client relationships, targeted prospecting efforts, and contribute to and support the overall sales strategy, building a career at a respected and growing investment firm. This position is based at our office in Los Angeles. •Build and maintain relationships both independently and by partnering with senior team members, while taking ownership of select accounts and conducting direct outreach •Develop deep knowledge of firm products and narratives to confidently answer client questions, contribute to discussions, and support sales strategy and idea generation •Support and contribute to fundraising efforts through meeting preparation, proactive follow-up, and coordination of roadshows and client-facing events •Manage CRM (Salesforce) data with accountability for pipeline accuracy and progress, and assist in executing the overall sales strategy within a defined territory Qualifications: •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal •Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues at all levels and locations •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment •Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Compensation: •$100,000 - $125,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
