Required Skills: •Senior Associate Director - Consumer Compliance Supervision & Regulation •Reporting to the deputy director, the senior associate director provides leadership and strategic direction for Consumer Supervision & Regulation, encompassing the Consumer Protection & Supervision and Consumer Laws & Regulations Branches. •This position is located in Washington, DC. •Regulatory Policy Direction Ensures sound analysis and recommendations on consumer financial services laws and regulatory policy matters. Provides executive perspective on implementation of Truth in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Consumer Leasing Act, National Flood Insurance Act, and related regulations. Must be able to anticipate and meet the stakeholders’ needs while maintaining high-quality end products. •Exceptional organization savvy and agility as demonstrated by ability to manage across organizational boundaries, building high performing teams, diminishing organizational silos, strengthening teams, and facilitating effective group and team dynamics. •Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of staff and management. •Has regular contact with all staff in the function(s) to stay connected to the pulse of the division, provide leadership, and act as a role model.
