Hiring: Senior Associate, Advertising (NYC Hybrid) Company: HarperCollins Publishers Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 07:38:03 Target Skills & Keywords : Plug About the job Experience: •2-3 years advertising media buying experience •3 years advertising media buying experience Required Skills: •Under minimal supervision from the Senior Manager, Advertising, executes media buying across HarperCollins adult and children’s titles (roughly 40 titles/season) •Execute paid social advertising campaigns across multiple self-serve platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, and Reddit, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately with strong attention to detail •Collects trends and shares findings from past and current campaign performance to help formulate future advertising strategies •Regularly update marketing teams on status and performance of live campaigns, and provide and implement recommendations for improvement •Set up and launch programmatic campaigns via The Trade Desk •Weekly and ad hoc reporting for high-level campaigns •Actively facilitate and support Senior Manager, Advertising in developing and executing presentations and final campaign reporting •Background in consumer marketing preferred Qualifications: •4-year college degree or equivalent work experience •Strong hands-on experience with Meta ads is required; experience with other social advertising platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. is strongly preferred.
