Required Skills: •Plan and execute tests for a complex and advanced Air and Missile Defense system for the US Army. •Participate in Test activities including SIL, HWIL, Distributed Ground Testing, System Qualification Testing, and Field Testing with a team consisting of personnel from multiple projects, agencies, and labs. •Generate pre-test documentation to include test plans, test requirements, test procedures, and test case matrices, as well as post-test support to include providing EXSUMs for major test activities, resolution of test incident reports, and generation of post-test reports. •Organize and participate in weekly Test Planning meetings; prepare test presentations. •Support major meetings with Program Stakeholders such as T&E WIPTs. •Travel to DOD Test Ranges to support various test operations and missions. •Support status reporting efforts: team weekly activities reports, weekly SITREPs to management, test calendar updates, asset status.
