Required Skills: •Leadership of functional group development, direction and effectiveness by providing manager and supervisors with the tools and support to manage daily operations. •Guidance and coaching for individuals in relevant aspects of their jobs and professional careers with continuous development toward actual expectations and staff interpersonal development in the values and behavior principles of Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies. •Effectively manage defined set of business applications to ensure performance according to business needs and DX standards, upgrades, performance, functionality enhancements, security, validation and general maintenance. •Manage application portfolio related to ERP that may include internally developed and third party software applications. •Drives digital transformation aligned with strategic business partners on our ERP platform. •Review and approve application designs, integrations, custom developments and technical solutions. •Monitor to ensure team has appropriate direction and resources to deliver projects on schedule with high quality and within budget. •Participates and promotes team member participation on cross functional and/or inter-organizational teams. Frequently leads such teams or task groups especially when the scope is broad and/or the issue complex. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered. •Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
