Required Skills: •The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and structural components of power distribution centers and control panels, as well as experience in budgeting, procurement, and vendor negotiations. This role is preferably in office but can be remote with regular and frequent communication with the team in Tulsa. •Develop comprehensive cost estimates for electrical building projects, including expansion and upgrades. •Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine scope, materials, and labor needs. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to refine cost projections and ensure accuracy. •Demonstrate foresight in evaluating upcoming tasks to identify potential challenges, long-duration activities, or special requirements, while maintaining flexibility to reprioritize in response to evolving sales demands. •Source and evaluate pricing from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers ensure cost- effectiveness. •Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and recommend value engineering solutions. •Prepare and present cost estimates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, preferred •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation, in data center, mission- critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects. •Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution equipment. •Background with low voltage and medium voltage electrical components such as VFDs, switchgear, and MCCs highly preferred (MUST HAVE) •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret project specifications and technical documents. •Strong negotiation and communication skills for internal and external interactions •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
