Required Skills: •Technical Strategy & Leadership •Own the technical strategy for driving tool adoption and customer success across engineering organizations. •Develop technical roadmaps that align MathWorks solutions with customer strategic initiatives. •Champion MathWorks technical computing and Model‑Based Design solutions across engineering teams and programs. •Lead high‑impact technical engagements across multiple domains. •Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams, including Application Engineers, Consulting, Training, and Development. •Understand customer workflows, challenges, and program priorities; recommend impactful solutions. •Guide customers in improving engineering efficiency, design workflows, verification processes, and Model‑Based Design adoption. Qualifications: •Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction. •Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position. •U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. •Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink. •Demonstrated experience in interfacing with customers and leading technical discussions. •Strong communication, relationship‑building, program and project management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to influence technical direction across large organizations. •Strong background in system modeling and simulation, control design, or signal processing. •Prior experience supporting defense primes, government agencies, research labs, or large Aerospace & Defense programs. •Operational familiarity with image processing, audio algorithms, computer vision, or thermal/electrical system modeling.
