Design tables, schemas, and processes that efficiently compile datasets that support both analytical and front-end use cases. •Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams on projects to understand their data needs and provide them with the tools and resources they need to access and analyze data. •Lead business analysis in support of strategic business development – work with stakeholders to help them access, analyze, and interpret data and understand business implications. •Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions in Power BI, built on curated datasets and data models to enable self-service analytics and drive decision-making across product, marketing, and sales teams Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not for profit, in-person university or college. •A track record of commitment to prior employers •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Understanding of AI technologies and hands-on experience leveraging AI tooling in development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Grok) •Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills •Operational familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or agent-based architectures •Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges •Demonstrated capacity to understand technical challenges and complex designs, and communicate into simple business ideas, or solutions with senior management/stakeholders Compensation: •$128,000 - $190,000 / year •401(K) retirement plan with matching contributions Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
