Required Skills: •Continuously monitor and evaluate the investment merits of existing investment strategies •Identify and underwrite new investment strategies through deep research and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data •Translate investment message into actionable written and verbal insights for internal and external stakeholders •Contribute to rigor of investment process through discussion, debate and challenge •Partner cross-functionally with adjacent teams within the broader Investments Team, such as the Multi-Asset, Product and Investment Specialist teams Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of the asset management industry and investment strategies. •Strong proficiency in Python or R, as well as SQL, a plus. •Demonstrated experience analyzing investment strategies and conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating investment and technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise. •Demonstrated experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools in relevant professional work. •Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate investment strategies, synthesize complex information, and develop well-informed, independent viewpoints. •Demonstrated capacity to identify and communicate the most relevant investment insights and takeaways to the Distribution team and other internal stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate viewpoints confidently and constructively while maintaining a collaborative and collegial approach. •Demonstrated capacity to explain complex investment, quantitative, and technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of expertise. •Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and analytical accuracy.
