Support GTS upgrades and automated license creation. •Create and maintain standardized processes, work instructions, and training materials. Explain technical trade requirements clearly to colleagues with varied levels of subject matter knowledge. •Review operational escalations involving sanctioned countries and partner with internal stakeholders, Global Trade Legal & Compliance (GTLC), and the EurAsia Legal team to resolve issues.
