Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of emergency preparedness, incident command, response planning, drills and exercises, responder training, and site-level readiness practices. •Operational familiarity with applicable emergency response, fire protection, life safety, and operational readiness standards, including OSHA, NFPA, ICS/NIMS, FM Global guidance, and AHJ expectations. •Demonstrated capacity to coordinate schedules, stakeholders, documentation, readiness data, action items, project deliverables, risks, and follow-through across multiple sites. •Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing readiness information, supporting root cause analysis, tracking corrective actions, identifying recurring gaps, and preparing practical recommendations. •Strong written communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to prepare leadership-ready updates and collaborate with site leaders, emergency responders, security teams, EHS, facilities, and cross-functional partners. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, attention to detail, and sound judgment when handling sensitive emergency response, security, compliance, and site readiness information. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 40% of the time. •Knowledge of fire protection, fire alarm, emergency notification, radio communication, impairment management, system acceptance, inspection/testing awareness, emergency equipment readiness, pre-incident planning, or facility response coordination.
