Required Skills: •Job Purpose This position is responsible for leading all activities for energy commodity Contracts that support National Grid’s natural gas and power supply activities, including initiation, negotiation, approval, entering the system, and maintenance. •This position is also responsible for communication with counterparties and Legal as well as requesting and collecting Sales Tax Exempt forms. •Lead and oversee entering and maintaining all counterparty and contract information in ETRM (Allegro). •Lead and oversee preparation, review and filing of contracts with NY PSC which includes working with National Grid legal department to coordinate redaction of confidential information. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in business and related majors. Experience working with legal department is a plus •Allegro knowledge is a strong plus •Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills since there is extensive interaction with various departments within National Grid and potential counterparties. •Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills. •This is a hybrid role working ~2days/week from our Hicksville, NY office.
