Hiring: Senior Analyst, Annuity Distribution Technologies Company: KKR Location: Des Moines, IA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 11:51:37 Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Capital Markets, Quality Assurance, Systems Integration About the job Required Skills: •The ideal candidate brings a blend of annuity industry knowledge, technology fluency, and quality assurance experience, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, strategic solutions. •Lead and support the development of industry-standard distribution automation solutions across Global Atlantic’s annuity platforms •Serve as a strategic partner to operations teams supporting annuity business lines •Partner cross-functionally with TPAs and external partners to define, enhance, and implement automation capabilities aligned to industry standards •Provide subject matter expertise on B2B-supported services for internal stakeholders and project teams, including capability reviews, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations •Lead and represent project initiatives across cross-functional teams and external partners •Develop and maintain effective testing strategies, procedures, and documentation •Design and execute test scenarios across annuity platforms, including functional, system, integration, regression, and smoke testing Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience •3 + years of experience in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or a related function •Solid functional working knowledge of annuity products and services; experience with platforms such as AN4, Affirm, FireLight, FIDx, LUMA, and iCapital is preferred •In-depth knowledge of business and operational workflows related to annuity products •Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, contributing as both a leader and partner •Demonstrated adaptability, strong work ethic, and high degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills •Solid functional working knowledge of Agile methodologies •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Highly organized with strong attention to detail Compensation: •$85,000 - $100,000 / year •KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
