Hiring: Senior Analog IC Design Engineer Company: TetraMem - Accelerate The World Location: San Jose, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 07:38:38 Target Skills & Keywords : CAD, EDA, TestNG About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes (PhD experience may be considered as experience), successful tape-out experience with leading foundries Required Skills: •Design and development of high-performance analog integrated circuits, including amplifiers, data converters, voltage regulators, and other analog signal processing circuits. •Conduct detailed design simulations, verification, and validation to ensure circuit performance meets specifications and quality standards. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams, including digital designers, layout engineers, and system architects, to ensure seamless integration of analog and digital components. •Drive innovation by researching and implementing advanced design techniques, methodologies, and emerging technologies. •Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. •Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the improvement of design processes and standards. •Actively facilitate and support testing, characterization, and debugging of analog ICs, working closely with the test engineering team to optimize performance and yield. •Document design specifications, methodologies, and test results, ensuring comprehensive and accurate technical documentation. Qualifications: •MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on CMOS analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design •Strong knowledge in analog/mixed signal circuits such as OpAmps, bandgap, voltage/current references •Familiar with common EDA environment tools, CAD tools and Analog design methodology including design, simulation, layout, and verification tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics etc.) •In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques •Applied hands-on capability in analog mixed-signal IC development from definition to high-volume production including layout supervision and bench characterization •Demonstrated capacity to create innovative architecture and circuit solutions to meet customer requirements •Demonstrated capacity to work in a startup environment and to work both independently and as a team player •Applied hands-on capability in data converter (ADC/DAC) design and techniques •Applied hands-on capability in memory design or in-memory computing circuit design •Applied hands-on capability in AMS design and verification methodology Compensation: •$110,000 - $300,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
