Required Skills: •Design and build AI-powered data products using machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI technologies. •Develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using both proprietary and external datasets. •Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. •Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions. •Evaluate, integrate, and optimize third-party AI tools, APIs, open-source models, and internal AI solutions. •Develop robust data pipelines and model workflows for both structured and unstructured data. •Define model evaluation metrics, conduct experiments, perform error analysis, and continuously improve model performance. •Actively facilitate and support production deployment of AI models, ensuring reliability, scalability, governance, and responsible AI practices. Qualifications: •PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field. •Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. •Proven publication record in leading machine learning or AI conferences. •Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous but not required. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning. •Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •High ethical standards and professional integrity.
