These assets are designed to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and evolve how BCG teams work and support our clients. •AI Product Builders work closely with front-line consultants, offer teams, and product leadership to identify repeatable challenges and opportunities across BCG’s ways of working. They then design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions—agents, services, and workflows—that can be adopted broadly across practices, regions, and client contexts. •This role blends product thinking, applied AI, and hands-on execution.
