Required Skills: •Serve as the segment expert for North American IDNs, health systems, and provider delivery organizations within Market Strategy. •Define and maintain the provider / IDN positioning, messaging, and narrative in partnership with Product Marketing and Product Management. •Provide continuous market analysis on IDN priorities, including operational performance, access, capacity, workflow burden, care coordination, interoperability, data platforms, AI readiness, modernization, cost pressure, and quality improvement. •Translate provider-market insights into practical guidance for go-to-market strategy, Product direction, Sales enablement, and executive-level messaging. •Help InterSystems identify where it has a credible and differentiated role in supporting large provider organizations. •Provider operations and IDN market expertise •Bring deep understanding of how large provider organizations operate, make decisions, fund initiatives, adopt technology, and measure value. •Advise internal teams on IDN operating models, executive priorities, buyer personas, governance structures, procurement dynamics, and implementation realities. Qualifications: •Demonstrated expertise in provider / IDN operations, enterprise priorities, buying dynamics, decision-making structures, and technology adoption. •In-depth knowledge of the operational, financial, workforce, workflow, quality, access, capacity, and modernization pressures facing large health systems. •Demonstrated capacity to connect provider operational challenges to technology strategy, including data platforms, interoperability, analytics, digital transformation, workflow integration, enterprise modernization, and AI readiness. •In-depth knowledge of the provider healthcare IT landscape, including EHR ecosystems, interoperability, data strategy, analytics, and emerging AI-related needs. •Exceptional communication skills, including executive presence, public speaking, writing, and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear, practical recommendations. •Demonstrated capacity to work in-office in Boston, MA. •Operational familiarity with interoperability and healthcare data standards and the role of standards in market adoption, including awareness of HL7®, FHIR®, and the broader standards ecosystem. •Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. •Advanced degree preferred, such as MBA, MHA, MPH or related field.
