Do you have experience involving the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of quantified data? Would you like to make an impact on South Carolina’s workforce? •Conduct high-level analysis to investigate business problems. •Supervise CCWD staff and assign work among the team members to organize workflow of assigned programs. •Make recommendations to the CCWD and monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies. •Serve as the primary liaison between senior management, business partners, IT/Development teams, oftentimes, with competing stakeholder expectations. •Provide analytical support throughout the entire project lifecycle of assigned initiatives by monitoring progress, mitigating risks and ensuring quality execution. •Assist in developing business cases including cost-benefit, feasibility, and risk analysis for proposed solutions. Qualifications: •A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or a related field and demonstrated experience in project management, team leadership and communication with high-ranking government or elected officials. •Some overnight travel is required. •Master's degree and six years of experience in workforce development, economic development, education or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of federal and state legislative processes and regional workforce activities. •Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is preferred. •Supplemental questions are considered part of your official application.
