Ensure unity of mission and tighter integration of digital, data, analytics, and AI organizations. •Lead DCSA digital, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) efforts to enhance operational efficiency, deliver decision advantage, and support the stakeholders. Improve how the agency collects, uses, manages and publishes data. •Oversee implementation of AI efforts and establish governance frameworks to ensure rapid and responsible AI adoption. •Promote and quantify Enterprise data management process improvements to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiencies within the DCSA, ensuring practices and controls are in place for accountability and appropriate data management. •Serve as a centralized resource for the identification, development, dissemination and tracking of enterprise-wide data management performance metrics and business intelligence in collaboration with mission owners. •Explore technological advances to increase efficiencies, decrease the cost of managing data and increase the value of the available data. Provide independent, expert advice on the most complex and consequential digital and AI challenges.
